All fees based on square footage, as follows:
Homes under 2,000 sq. ft.: $195
Homes from 2,000 – 2,999 sq. ft.: $295
Homes from 3,000 – 3,999 sq. ft.: $395
Homes from 4,000 – 5,000 sq. ft.: $495
The fees listed above include all of the following:
- Consultation
- Comprehensive Action Plan
- Hands-on staging
- Rental furniture coordination (if needed, especially
worthwhile for vacant homes)
Consultation & Comprehensive Action Plan:
A thorough walk-through of the exterior and interior of your home, from the curb to the closets, to the back yard. In about two days, you/your Realtor will receive a comprehensive, room-by-room, written Action Plan.
Your Action Plan will outline the specific information that you will need, in order to successfully stage your home. Included in this report are 'room-by-room' recommendations for:
- furniture placement
- accessories
- paint
- lighting
- window treatments
- fixtures (lighting/plumbing)
- flooring
- curb appeal
With your Action Plan in-hand, you and your Realtor can decide which items are feasible to implement.
Hands-on Staging Assistance:
After receiving your Staging Consultation & Comprehensive Action Plan, Peak Designs will assist you with a couple of hours of light ‘hands-on’ furniture and accessory placement in your home. This value-added service is especially useful, if you just need some extra help in a few key rooms. This service is included in the fee structure listed above.
Vacant Home Staging:
Peak Designs can help you stage your vacant home, by coordinating any/all rental furniture.
Peak Designs Inventory:
Peak Designs has a large inventory of small furniture, accessories, and artwork, which can be rented, on a monthly basis, for 10% of the 'cost' of each item. Since our inventory items are continually updated, Peak Designs is able to offer your home the most up-to-date accessories, at a fraction of the cost. These items will definitely maximize the Staging Action Plan and marketability of your home.
