About Peak Designs:

From an early age, Peak Designs owner DiAne Benzie has been passionate about design.  For as long as she can remember, she has been arranging (and rearranging) furniture, coordinating window treatments and selecting accessories in her homes.  DiAne first learned of Real Estate Staging, in the early 1990’s, when she and her family lived in Northern Virginia.  Back then, it was known as ‘house fluffing,’ and it intrigued her sense of design, style, and love of all things ‘real estate.’  DiAne has honed her real estate staging skills, on the many homes she and her husband, Chris, have owned in their 20+ years of marriage, as well as on the homes of her friends and family members. 

Finally, in 2006, DiAne decided to launch Peak Designs and turn her long-time passion, into a formal business.  DiAne graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Secondary Education.  DiAne has a professional background in graphic design, event planning, marketing/pr, contract management, and strategic sourcing.  She and her husband, Chris, have one son, Paul, and an adorable dog named Bowser.  They have lived in the Cary/Apex area, since 1997 and are proud to call North Carolina their home.
